SoftWare Startup Technician
KNAPP-Moving AB är ett företag som har lång erfarenhet av automatiserade logistiklösningar. KNAPP-Moving AB är en komplett leverantör av automatiserade logistiklösningar vilket inkluderar mekanisk hanteringsutrustning, PLC/PCstyrning och WMS software samt komplett Customer Support. KNAPP-Moving omsätter ca 200 MSEK och har ca 90 anställda.
Logistik är en snabbt växande marknad och Moving har en uttalad expansionsstrategi. Därför söker vi ofta nya medarbetare till våra verksamheter i Sverige, Danmark och Norge. As our ideal candidate, you have: a University degreee with emphasis Informatics initial experience in programming C/C++ or Java good general knowledge in hardware good written and spoken English interest in data bank programming and enjoy direct customer contact as well as foreign assignments.
Your responsibilities include: on site software installation for our customers preparation, testing, and installation of the control software for our systems assistance during the start-up phase of our systems implementing small software adaptations on site training and advising our customers in all software and logistics concerns.
You will have a six month training period in our Graz location, and carry out the first installations as part of a team. After training, you will take responsibility for the complete software installation of a system at the customer site which could be all over Scandinavia/Europe. Extensive travel will be part of the job.

Customer service engineer in Norway!
In our company, there is always a demand for employees with a variety of different qualifications. Presently we are looking for experienced service engineers in Norway (Oslo).
Our customer service engineers provides on site preventative and corrective maintenance and offers after-sales technical support solutions once a product has been sold.
Typical work activities include:

responding to customer call-outs;
-
evaluating and resolving problems;
-
assisting with the installation of equipment;
-
liaising with and working alongside technical sales engineers;
-
offering customer training;
-
repairing, testing and maintaining equipment;
-
monitoring the performance of products;
-
maintaining manuals;
-
providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests;
-
developing and maintaining relationships with customers;
-
making recommendations of maintenance activities;
-
offering feedback on future product development, features and functions.
Your qualifications include
-
a technical degree or technical/vocational qualification appropriate to understanding and servicing automated distribution products.
-
a good understanding of computers and computer controlled equipment
-
a high level of technical competence in troubleshooting mechanical and electronic equipment (PLC-knowledge)
You have a demonstrated ability to work unaided and maintain professional standards when working at customer sites as you will spend most of your working time on customer premises. Regular travel within Scandinavia is common as we operate in international markets with a variety of clients.
