Moving can offer various levels of service/ support. This covers everything from a standard package to special agreements tailored according to customer's requirements and installations.
Preventive maintenance
Periodic preventive mechanical maintenance means a fundamental examination of the installation. The result is presented in the form of a checklist. Any necessary measures, such as replacement of components or adjustments, are proposed and carried out in consultation with the customer/buyer. The interval is determined by the operational hours and external environment. Preventive maintenance is carried out at times when it causes least operational disruption.
Preventive maintenance is offered at a fixed price on a running account basis.
Remedial maintenance
Remedial maintenance means that we offer our services in order to solve acute situations that arise. Special agreements can be signed in which we guarantee a fixed and agreed call-out time both in terms of control program support and mechanical remedial help. By signing a special agreement, the customer gets a Hot-line number to enable rapid contact with service staff. Control program support can also be given long-distance via modem connection. In order to quickly rectify faults that have arisen due to defective components, it is an advantage if the customer/buyer invests in spare parts. This can be worked out in cooperation with Moving.
Upgrading
Moving also offers upgrading of installations that covers both control programs and the mechanical side.
