Maximove
Maximove is for handling heavy unit loads, such as pallets. The system includes all the components you need to handle goods at work stations, for instance, or when loading/ unloading pallets. The system is modular, which makes it easy to construct a complete work station corresponding to your needs.
Roller conveyors are available in three types: undriven, driven and driven accumulating. Conveyors can be complemented with chain conveyors.
Components include: transfer sections from roller to chain conveyor (and vice versa), turntables and transfer units.
- Maximove's frame is constructed of a C-shaped steel profile with aluminium cover plates. This can also be used as a cable duct ,which reduces installation costs.
- Total length: 800 - 12000 mm at 200 mm increments.
- Conveyor speeds: 0.17 or 0.20 m/s.
- Support stand/conveyor height: 175 - 920 mm.
- Finish: powder coated NCS 5000 grey, "structure" texture.
Roller conveyors
Capacity: 1200 kg/m to 1750 kg/m. Roller lengths: 950, 1150 mm. Drive units: underslung or low-level side-mounted. Roller diameter: 80 mm. Roller pitch: 200 or 150 mm.
Chain conveyor
Capacity: 1200 kg/m. Chain pitch: 500 or 1000 mm. Drive unit situated between the chains.
