Sorters

The ITS Box Sorter effectively sort boxes, trays and other kinds of packaging. The system is flexible and adaptable to most packaging sizes and kinds of goods, including refrigerated and frozen foods.

The system is fully computerised. Its simple design and function ensure a long lifespan. The system can operate alone or be integrated with equipment for picking and packaging, such as for book, CD and video clubs.

The ITS Box Sorter consists of the following main components:

• The conveyors are based on driven, parallel toothed conveyor belts with long lifespans which emit only low levels of sound during operation.
• A 90 degree "pop-up" unloader ensures gentle, rapid unloading of the product in question.
• The unloader is equipped with driven rollers between the toothed conveyor belts. The driven rollers remove the products from the transport track by lifting them up and release them from the toothed conveyor belts.
• The live rollers are reversible which makes it possible to send the products to the runouts/picking stations on both sides of the sorter.
